The contents of the Nota Técnica. Observatorio Financiamiento para el Desarrollo are open access, so that the public can have access to the research and, thus, contribute to a much broader global exchange of knowledge. Along these lines, readers of the Nota Técnica. Observatorio Financiamiento para el Desarrollo can read, download, cite, share, print, search or link to the full texts of the papers in this publication.

Likewise, being open access, this journal does not charge any fee for the submission, processing and, if applicable, publication of submitted academic papers.
