Abstract
Abstract: For the peoples of Abya Yala, the educational model has been a constant concern, as it has been developed from a Eurocentric approach, far removed from Andean thought, its worldview and its community practices. The Tamya Morán Vocal Method, Yachaytantanakuy – Andean Vocal Method seeks to contribute to an inclusive education that allows the teaching of traditional and indigenous songs within the academy, professionalizing their study. This method also encourages the revitalization of the Kichwa language and the integration of Andean practices with their geography and environment. It is based on rigorous research from pedagogical, anthropological, phonetic and philosophical perspectives, facilitating the understanding of the complex physiological and technical process of singing. It promotes inclusive teaching that welcomes all people interested in learning the art of singing and its diverse sounds.
