Conciertos de candelabro: reconstrucción de los recitales de música de cámara relacionados a la OSNE

Abstract

This study explores chamber music concerts within the musical landscape of Quito during the second half of the 20th century, with a particular emphasis on the participation of musicians from the National Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador in these recitals. Through a documentary and periodical review, the research provides an initial approach to understanding Ecuadorian ensembles and repertoire, aiming to comprehend the dynamics of chamber music concerts in this context.
