Educational innovation in the Social Sciences

The educational system requires immediately to implement innovation processes to
meet the demands of current education, and thus ensure that students acquire a comprehensive training. This text reflects on the importance of innovation in the educational field with the purpose of improving teaching and learning processes. The theoretical
components are based on a concrete analysis of the concept of innovation in the educational field, highlighting the importance of generating innovation processes, as well as
highlighting innovation experiences in the field of Social Sciences; elements that have
provided valuable compendiums to better explain and understand the research, giving
special relevance to innovation as a fundamental element in the teaching and learning
process. The methodology used for the writing of the text was bibliographic-documentary type through which it was possible to collect, analyze and synthesize relevant information, ensuring the credibility of the argumentation in the research.
